What They Are and Why They're Your Best Agent Choice
When you go to buy a home, would you want your agent urging you to spend more or to overlook problems in a home? Would you want your agent pushing you to select one home even though you were leaning towards another? Did you know this: Most agents have hidden agendas and are not working in your best interest 100% of the time!

EBAs NEVER EVER LIST HOMES. You cannot be called an Exclusive Buyer's Agent if you or your company ever lists a home. So EBAs have no reason to push you towards purchasing one home over another. Since we ONLY represent buyers, we spend all of our time evaluating the true worth of a home, looking for all the positive AND negative qualities of each home our clients are interested in.
We do our best to research:
* how the asking price compares to similar homes that have sold in the area and in the neighborhood
* how long the house has been on the market
* why the owner is selling
* anything else outside the home that may affect its value!
